Our Healthcare Access Specialist Certified Applications Counselors (CACs) can walk you step-by-step through the eligibility, application, and plan selection process for a wide range of insurance programs. They can also refer you to agencies providing services and support for you and your family.

To complete the MassHealth application, you should bring your last two pay stubs, or most recent tax return if you are self-employed, as well as photo identification and proof of citizenship and/or immigration status. Contact one of our specialists for additional information or an appointment.
