Outer Cape Health Services (OCHS) is a federally funded not-for-profit community health center. Our mission is to provide high quality primary healthcare to those living in or visiting the eight towns of Lower and Outer Cape Cod, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our vision is to ensure that all people on Lower and Outer Cape Cod have access to high quality, affordable primary healthcare.

The Benefits of Being an Outer Cape Health Patient

We welcome new patients to our two sites in Provincetown and Wellfleet. If you live, work or vacation in our communities, registering as an Outer Cape Health patient will ensure that we can provide you with the quality care you need. As a registered patient, our on-call physician will be available to help you 24 hours a day.
