Holiday Closure Notice
Outer Cape Health Services will be closed for Labor Day on Monday, September 7th.
Provincetown Clinic will be open for Walk-in Care only from 8 AM to 12 PM.
The Federally Supported Health Centers Assistance Acts (FSHCAA) of 1992 extend Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) protections to eligible Federally Qualified Health Centers receiving funding through a Health Resources and Services Administration 330 Program grant. FTCA extends medical malpractice coverage to eligible deemed health centers. As a FTCA deemed facility, Outer Cape Health Services has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
