Hannah Deignan APRN, CNP completed an accelerated nursing program at Mass General Hospital’s Institute of Health Professions, where she received degrees both as a Registered Nurse and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the medical field, Hannah received her Bachelors in Social Work from Providence College. She has over 3 years of experience working in community health at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) caring for patients from diverse populations. Hannah’s clinical interests include Women’s Health and Addiction Medicine. She currently resides in Chatham.
