Heather Duncan, Physician Assistant (PA-C) has been a board-certified Physician Assistant since 2014, with a strong background in urgent care and additional experience in primary care settings. She has been part of the Outer Cape Health Services team since 2016, initially serving as a locum tenens provider before joining the staff year-round in 2020. She brings a compassionate, thoughtful approach to care and is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients. Heather lives in Wellfleet and enjoys being part of the Outer Cape community both professionally and personally. Outside of work, she spends her time gardening, visiting family, and exploring the world through international travel.
