Quest Diagnostics laboratories are located within each of our health centers. Quest laboratories are independently operated from Outer Cape Health Services, and hours of operation are the same for each of our health centers and on-site laboratories.

All patient lab orders should be faxed directly to the lab of one’s choice (see below), as the service is not provided by Outer Cape Health Services. Outer Cape Health Services staff are unable to confirm if Quest has your lab order. Please contact Quest directly.
